Welcome to JVFitness training app! I’ve been working out in some way for about 8 years now. I have dealt with the struggles of under eating and over working as well as binging and gaining weight. I’ve found that making your fitness routine fit your life vs. the other way around is the key to sustainable results; and that your mental health is just as important as your physical health. Strong body & strong mind! I want you to feel empowered in your fitness journey and I’m here to help every step of the way!
My goal is to help you reach YOUR goals. Whether you just want to incorporate working out into your daily routine, or you’re looking to build muscle or lose fat. I want to help get you there! You can expect to see my personal workouts posted weekly as well as 4 week, 6 week, and 8 week programs in the coming weeks.
